Report a security or privacy problem

Found something on MID-8 that shouldn't be possible? Tell us at support@mid-8.com. We answer responsible reports within 3 business days and fix within 30 days (faster the more serious it is).

In exchange: give us that window before going public, only test against accounts you own or throwaway accounts you make for the test, no bulk data export, no denial-of-service, no social engineering of our users, and nothing destructive to the database. Do that and MID-8 will not pursue legal action over a good-faith report, and we'll credit you on this page if you want it.

MID-8 is an independent, small, self-funded index — a small thank-you (PayPal or gift card) may be offered depending on severity, but your goodwill is the real deal. PGP available on request.
