I come from a background in cultural management, working across theatre production and art curation, and for the past two years I’ve been working in music as Product Manager at Habibi Funk Records. Having spent much of my life moving between countries and learning languages, my musical horizons have always been shaped by sounds from the different places that have shaped me. Depending on the night, the vinyls I play move between traditional and obscure sounds from SWANA and Africa, or into salsa, cumbia rebajada, drum and bass, and electronic selections from across the world.
