Formerly known as Interwave Surfer. Misha Mir has spent the past several years digging through the deeper corners of electronic music and playing across Seattle’s clubs, rooftops, warehouses and community spaces. His sets move through deep house, minimal, dub techno, electro, breaks and leftfield club music, rooted in the lineage of Detroit and Chicago but always reaching outward. A relentless record digger, he looks for music with space, personality and a little strangeness. Long blends, patient shifts, warm psychedelic edges, and records that fit the room and the moment. Through Restless Planet, he helps release music and build events connecting Seattle’s underground with artists and ideas from around the world
